Announcing Kressin Meador Powers LLC

We are pleased to share the exciting news that Kressin Meador LLC is expanding with the addition of a new partner, Richard Powers, a former senior DOJ official who led the Antitrust Division during the first year of the Biden Administration. This transition is a continuation of our strategic growth and represents a commitment to deepening our offensive antitrust capabilities.

Richard brings a wide range of antitrust litigation experience and expertise to our team, having spent over 13 years at the DOJ building, leading, and litigating some of the most complex antitrust cases. His practice will focus primarily on offensive antitrust litigation and advocacy, representing clients who are the victim of or witnesses to anticompetitive conduct and collusion.

I am thrilled to be joining Kressin Meador Powers, whose professionals share my background of aggressive antitrust enforcement. I look forward to working with our team to achieve outstanding results for our clients.

Richard Powers

We firmly believe that the addition of Richard’s expertise and insights will enhance the level of service we provide to our clients. Richard’s depth of experience, particularly in antitrust enforcement and litigation, dovetails perfectly with our commitment to delivering strategic antitrust counsel to our clients. This alliance reaffirms our dedication to continually evolve to serve the best interests of those who place their trust in our legal acumen.

Richard is a fantastic and well-respected antitrust lawyer who will bring an incredible amount of experience. His joining our team is a huge win for the firm and, more importantly, for our clients.
